How long is the free trial?

You get a 14-day free trial on the Standard plan. No credit card required to start. After the trial, you can continue on the Free plan or upgrade to keep your features.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept GCash, Maya, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers through our PayMongo integration. For annual plans, we also accept direct bank deposits.

Do I need special hardware?

No. eKaha works on any device with a web browser -- tablets, phones, laptops, and desktops. For the mobile POS, you just need an Android device. If you want dedicated POS hardware, you can add a Sunmi device to your plan -- the cost is spread over 12 monthly payments so there is no large upfront expense. After 12 months, your monthly drops to just the software price.

Does it work offline?

Yes, the mobile POS app supports offline sales on Standard plans and above. Sales are stored locally and automatically sync when you reconnect to the internet.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is retained according to your plan's data retention policy (90 days for Free, 1 year for Standard, 2 years for Premium, unlimited for Enterprise). You can export all your data anytime before cancellation.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. eKaha is built on Supabase with enterprise-grade PostgreSQL, row-level security, and encrypted connections. Your data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with regular backups.

Multi-shop management is available on the Enterprise plan. You can manage all branches from one dashboard with centralized inventory, reporting, and team management.
