Annual plans include the equivalent of 2 months free.

Free Trial

All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial of the Standard plan:

  • Access to all Standard features
  • No credit card required to start
  • After 14 days, choose to upgrade or continue on the Free plan
  • No data is lost when transitioning between plans

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Upgrade Plan
  3. Select your desired plan (Standard, Premium, or Enterprise)
  4. Choose monthly or annual billing
  5. Complete payment via GCash, Maya, card, or bank transfer
  6. New features are available immediately

Downgrading

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select the lower plan
  4. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  5. You retain access to current plan features until then

Payment Methods

eKaha accepts:

  • GCash -- most popular option for Philippine users
  • Maya (formerly PayMaya)
  • Credit/Debit Cards -- Visa, Mastercard
  • Bank Transfer -- available for annual plans

Invoices

  • Invoices are generated automatically with each payment
  • Access all invoices from Settings > Billing > Invoice History
  • Invoices can be downloaded as PDF for bookkeeping

Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Access continues until the end of the paid period
  • Your data is retained according to your plan's retention policy
  • You can reactivate at any time by subscribing again
