Annual plans include the equivalent of 2 months free.
Free Trial
All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial of the Standard plan:
- Access to all Standard features
- No credit card required to start
- After 14 days, choose to upgrade or continue on the Free plan
- No data is lost when transitioning between plans
Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Upgrade Plan
- Select your desired plan (Standard, Premium, or Enterprise)
- Choose monthly or annual billing
- Complete payment via GCash, Maya, card, or bank transfer
- New features are available immediately
Downgrading
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select the lower plan
- The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain access to current plan features until then
Payment Methods
eKaha accepts:
- GCash -- most popular option for Philippine users
- Maya (formerly PayMaya)
- Credit/Debit Cards -- Visa, Mastercard
- Bank Transfer -- available for annual plans
Invoices
- Invoices are generated automatically with each payment
- Access all invoices from Settings > Billing > Invoice History
- Invoices can be downloaded as PDF for bookkeeping
Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- Access continues until the end of the paid period
- Your data is retained according to your plan's retention policy
- You can reactivate at any time by subscribing again
