Quick Start Guide

Get up and running with eKaha in under 5 minutes.

Welcome to eKaha

This guide will help you set up your account and start selling in under 5 minutes.

Prerequisites

  • A device with a web browser (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • An email address

Step 1: Create Your Account

  1. Visit app.ekaha.ph and click Sign Up
  2. Enter your email address and create a password
  3. Verify your email address
  4. You are now signed in with a 14-day free trial of the Standard plan

Step 2: Create Your Shop

After signing in for the first time, you will be prompted to set up your shop:

  1. Shop Name: Enter your business name (e.g., "Maria's Sari-Sari Store")
  2. Industry Type: Select your business type:
  3. Retail
  4. Cafe
  5. Restaurant
  6. Pharmacy
  7. Billiards
  8. Hospitality
  9. Your shop is created and you are taken to the dashboard

Step 3: Add Products

Navigate to Products in the sidebar:

  1. Click Add Product
  2. Fill in the product details:
  3. Name: Product name
  4. Price: Selling price in PHP
  5. Category: Select or create a category
  6. Kind: Finished Good, Raw Material, or Modifier
  7. Click Save
  8. Repeat for each product

Step 4: Make Your First Sale

Open the POS from the sidebar:

  1. Tap products to add them to the cart
  2. Adjust quantities using the +/- buttons
  3. Select the payment method (Cash, GCash, Maya, Card)
  4. Enter the amount received
  5. Click Complete Sale
  6. Print or share the receipt
