Welcome to eKaha
This guide will help you set up your account and start selling in under 5 minutes.
Prerequisites
- A device with a web browser (phone, tablet, or laptop)
- An email address
Step 1: Create Your Account
- Visit app.ekaha.ph and click Sign Up
- Enter your email address and create a password
- Verify your email address
- You are now signed in with a 14-day free trial of the Standard plan
Step 2: Create Your Shop
After signing in for the first time, you will be prompted to set up your shop:
- Shop Name: Enter your business name (e.g., "Maria's Sari-Sari Store")
- Industry Type: Select your business type:
- Retail
- Cafe
- Restaurant
- Pharmacy
- Billiards
- Hospitality
- Your shop is created and you are taken to the dashboard
Step 3: Add Products
Navigate to Products in the sidebar:
- Click Add Product
- Fill in the product details:
- Name: Product name
- Price: Selling price in PHP
- Category: Select or create a category
- Kind: Finished Good, Raw Material, or Modifier
- Click Save
- Repeat for each product
Step 4: Make Your First Sale
Open the POS from the sidebar:
- Tap products to add them to the cart
- Adjust quantities using the +/- buttons
- Select the payment method (Cash, GCash, Maya, Card)
- Enter the amount received
- Click Complete Sale
- Print or share the receipt
